Lakesea Apartments
Lakesea Apartments are available for permanent residency, under a 'Loan License Agreement' which is briefly described as follows:
OWNERS
Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, The Entrance NSW.
COST
The Loan License value of each apartment represents a substantial saving on the value of an equivalent apartment within this precinct. All licensees will have the assurance of permanency, however, should termination of the Loan License be contemplated, the licensee will be repaid the sum of not less than the original value of the Loan License, following termination, in accordance with the Loan License Agreement.
LEVY
A monthly levy is applicable to each apartment, the licensee will then only be responsible for their own personal insurances, electricity use and telephone services. Water usage will be included in the monthly levy. It is expected that the monthly levy will be approximately $325.00 per month. (Subject to change without notice.)
TERMINATION
The Loan License Agreement can be terminated at any time. (In accordance with the Loan License Agreement.)
TRANSFER
Loan Licenses are not transferable and will be re-issued only by the 'Owners' to a new 'Licensee'.
INCLUSIONS
All inclusions as confirmed in the formal Loan License Agreemnet will remain the property of the 'Owners'.
LEGAL DOCUMENT
The Loan License Agreement has been structured with both legal and accountancy professional scrutiny and will be fully explained at the time of formalisation, with each prospective licensee.
MANAGEMENT
The 'Owners' will be represented by a 'Parish Residential Management Committee' who will be responsible for the execution of all Loan License Agreements, which will be formalised under strict confidentiality.
